Wheelchair Van Rentals Rochester, NY

Tim’s Trim Inc of Rochester, NY is happy to announce that we now offer Wheelchair Van Rentals. Handling your mobility needs is our top priority, and our vans come equipped with everything you will need for your travel, whether it be for just a day or several weeks. Our fleet is equipped with quality, accessible van rentals with lowered floors and power doors and ramp.

  • $149 per day
  • $139 per day (2-3 day rental)
  • $129 per day (4-7 day rental)
  • $119 per day (8+ day rental)

  • Monthly & long-term rates available

Van Rental Details

  • Rental pick-up: 2pm-4pm

  • Rental drop-off: 10am-12pm

  • Must be 25 years or age or older with valid NYS License

  • Must have auto liability, collision and comprehensive insurance and provide proof

  • 100 miles free per Day. Additional mileage charge $0.50 per mile

  • Vehicle fuel charge $8.00 per gallon if not returned full

  • Clean up fee –  if vehicle not in check out condition and/or smoked in $350.00 minimum
